The terms do not affect the consumers' statutory rights.

Orders
All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. Pricing of products are correct at the time of entering information, however, we reserve the right to change prices without prior notice.
Availability of Goods
Availability information for titles is listed on each individual product. All items are either usually despatched within 3-4 days or temporarily unavailable. If Audisbooks.com has insufficient stock to deliver the goods you have ordered, Audisbooks.com does not charge your credit card until the date your order is sent to you. Audisbooks.com will inform you by e-mail at the address given in your order form and any sum which may have been credited from your credit card will be re-credited to you within 30 days of the date of your order.
Your undertakings and warranties
You warrant that the information given on your order form is complete and accurate.
Acknowledgement of Order
When you have completed your order you will be sent an e-mail confirming your order. It will state what the products are, the cost (including VAT and P&P) and delivery and invoice details. If your order has been unsuccessful you will be made aware of the reason why and possible explanations.
Payment
All credit and charge card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
Returns
Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected if, for any reason, you wish to return a product bought from Audisbooks.com.
Force majeure
Audisbooks.com shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond its reasonable control.
Limitation of Liability
Subject to any relevant consumer protection legislation including our obligation under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling Regulations) to give you a refund, if you cancel your contract, if we do not perform the contract within 30 days or other agreed timescale our liability for any breach of these terms and conditions shall be limited to the value of the goods ordered by you in the relevant transaction.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
Contracts between you and Audisbooks.com shall be governed by English Law and you and Audisbooks.com submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
